§1 • Societal Concerns

Due to the instruction of a rumor-sustained sectarian interference, which, for having been left to go round for too long, is currently being framed into its "terminal stage" of appeal and cassation, I can only continue to adapt my didactical approach to the imposed "indefinite duration" rationale: indeed, despite the extremely constraining unpredictability of such instruction timelines (I should rather say "obstruction periods"), doing so nevertheless brings the (only) benefit of enabling me to polish the contents of my self-authored demo-based terms of reference pertaining to the NetPlusUltra®-sustained master franchising program, considered as a web service. Isn't that absurd?

§2 • Legal Concerns

From a strictly technical and legal standpoint indeed, completion works are not as complicated to beta secure as it seems, since the organizational and statutory model of the classical (French) endowment fund ("fonds de dotation") is flexible enough to have enabled me (in late 2018, within a week) to conceptualize the latter into the virtual prototype of a "New Generation" web fund with gLocal reach, i.e. that embarks all orders of magnitude of the ".org" type to be covered by the guarantees of the NetPlusUltra® master franchise. From the moment the legal entity (2, 3) is created, the latter becomes eligible to the installation of an EV SSL certificate (4). In terms of optimizing the "reference liabilities", the question is therefore more about how to organize, at web hosting server level, the various domains to be covered with one single EV SSL certificate.

§3 • Economic Concerns

The main difficulty lies much more in the financial necessity to obtain the effective recognition, towards refund (in favor of the endowment fund to be created), of the twofold moral and patrimonial prejudice that I have been suffering - as a knowledge professional - since the structural failure of my "Individualized Action Plan" of April 2001, which is mostly due to the economic impact of the technological mutations of the last 20 years. In more concrete terms, the abusive embezzlement of perimeters inherent in the initial real estate montage of late 2002, which grafted itself onto a sectarian interference problem of unknown origin, now translates into a situation of judicial bankruptcy on the side of those "interference agencies". Hence my "beta lock declaration" on the one side, and my cassation complaint on the other side, considering that the anti-sectarian solution that I have developed to prevent precisely such dead-ended situations is not designed to get compromised by dubious practices (5, 6). The point is therefore also to not let structural liabilities biaise my conceptual liabilities of reference.

§4 • Orga-Tech Concerns

In organizational and technical terms, solving the above issue means obtaining - in the form of a notarial sanitation out of a pre-bankrupted housing credit (set to fail itself) - the conceptual alignement of both my material perimeter (dwelling) and my immaterial domains (professional web activity), so as to enable me to free myself from the unbearable situation of embeddedness that comes from being stuck in an eternally unmanageable conflict between two worlds (the ancient and the new), of which I have been officiating as the neither-nor judge supreme since I initiated the instruction of the exit strategy thereout. The whole benefit of my .org-sustained "New Generation" web concept lies precisely in the guarantees that the web-enabled master-franchising system brings to the self-salaried affiliate member, who, while deriving his or her income from an entirely digital activity, still remains the resident of a dwelling which must be conceptually secured for that purpose (7).

§5 • Cultural Concerns

The conceptual implementation of this exit strategy out of the structural dead-end, as part of the "embedded" procedure of appeal, requires the prior migration from a global concept demonstration-focused configuration to a production-focused configuration, which includes 1) the effective settlement of the litigation arising from the deceptively misleading profile settings of an obsolete declarative nomenclature, 2) both a real estate situation assessment and a phonic isolation solution to shield me from systematic breach of privacy through acoustic interference, and 3) a renewal of all the equipment which sustains my recommended conceptual configuration (8).

§6 • Integrative Concerns

With regard to the remastering agenda in progress, the SSL issue raised in § 2 above will have to be settled before I reach the CMS-tagged graphic bundle, which is that of the six WordPress modules of my CMS-enabled web construction panel, based on which I need to secure the further development of my Codex+Ultra®, by performing a last SWOT assessment of WordPress.org as a OVH-hosted collaborative web production tool. Together with the upcoming January update, the settlement of the global web systemics dilemma, according to the terms laid out in the above paragraphs, must therefore be achieved in parallel with my remastering of the 15 pending websites of graphic bundles 05/10 to 09/10 (9).

§7 • Scientific Concerns

My NetPlusUltra®-focused vision of a web-enabled master franchising solution entirely integrated in the service offerings of eligible providers at all network levels, as a token for the conceptual integrity and sovereignty of each partner of the value chain, with a view to the securement of the entire world wide web, can indeed only be achieved if those necessary and sufficient requirements are fulfilled. After successful implementation, the said franchise program will enable each prospective member to choose which shared web hosting package he or she intends to dedicate to a specific purpose (Personal, Professional of Performance plan), and to activate the NetPlusUltra® service layer in order to benefit from the guarantees and services of affiliation with the "web-enabled master franchising system for societal R&D" of the same name. The time frame for the completion of this vision, from the date of effective litigation settlement, is estimated at two years.

In the hope of having reassured you (…?), I wish us all an excellent year 2020, filled with beautiful intentions worthy of this inaugural resolution…
