Status Update

The time is right for an overall situation assessment (1), knowing that in matters of squaring the conceptual meta-reporting circle into the successful renewal of the underlying problem-solving cycle, the annual closing period starts on November 1st and stretches out until the end of February of the following year.
Accordingly, this year’s remastering process will be closed - as part of my request for refinancing - with graphic bundle no. 08/10 (which covers my publication agendas of 2016 and 2018), whereas bundle no. 09/10 (pertaining to conceptual Sandboxing issues) will be subjected to a comprehensive graphic upgrade early next year, as part of the annual renewal of my RSS-enabled program dashboard.
With regard to the instruction of the cassation and revision procedure in progress, this final consolidation stage of the global publication phase which I initiated in 2013 is expected to lead to the effective formation of Planet+Ultra® as a registered entity ([2], [3], [4]), i.e. as a "Non-Governmental Web Organization ISO-certified 'Next Generation' (ISO-NG)".
